Step :
  1. Slightly raise your right leg, bent at the knee. Lean your body over to the left and also twist your right hip over to the left.
  2. Leaning your body backwards more than usual, swing your right leg to impact your instep against the inner part of the opponent's knee joint or their inner calf.
