Focus :A method of using the elbow offensively by
swinging it parallel to the ground at shoulder-level from left
to right if it is the left elbow which is being used, from
right to left in the ease of the right elbow. |
Step :
- Shift your body weight onto your left foot, lifting the
heel of your right foot off the ground. Simultaneously,
raise your tightly bent right elbow to shoulder level in
readiness, by your chin.
- Boosting its power by twisting your right shoulder and
hips and leaning your body forwards, using your right foot
as a pivot, forcefully swing your elbow from right to left,
parallel to the ground, to impact against the
target.
