KLANG LEAW LANG (turn
around thrust)

Focus :This involves turning backwards-on to the
opponent, then raising the leg and extending it straight out
to thrust against the target with the heel or sole of the
foot. |
Step :
Commence the clockwise half-turn, both your feet and fists
remaining in their basic positions. Quickly turn your head to
look over your right shoulder to get the target in your field
of vision again, while twisting your right foot further round,
raising the heel of your left foot .
Then, while transferring your body-weight to your left
leg, pull your right leg up and into your body, with your knee
bent and your heel pointing towards the target.
Extending your right leg from the hip in a continuous
line, thrust the sole of your foot against the target.
