Focus :The knees should be slightly bent and the
elbow also bent so that the fist is brought in to the body,
the arm contracted. Then the fist is punched vertically
upwards, using the knuckles to impact against the
target. |
Step :
- First centralize your body-weight. Then bend your knees
slightly and raise the heel of your right foot a little off
the ground, Lowering your right shoulder so that you lean
slightly down ot the right, with the palm facing inwards,
bring your right fist in to your body in readiness to punch
vertically upwards.
- Pivoting on your right foot, twist your right shoulder,
hip and leg round to the left. Straightening your knees for
additional power but keeping your elbow bent rather
thanextending it, thrust your right fist vertically upwards
to your oppenent's chin' using your knuckles to impact
against the target.
