HIRUN MUAN PENDIN or
Turn around Elbow
Targets : Chin, jaw, temple, brow, bone, face |
Focus :The elbow is used offensively in combination
with turning the body round, so that the elbow is extended
from the rear |
Step :
- Pivot in a clockwise half-turn on your left leg,
bringing your right leg backwards and round as you do so.At
the same time, tightly bend your right elbow so that your
fist is near your shoulder, and extend it out to the side,
both the upper-arm and forearm paralle to the ground. Turn
your head to observe your opponent over your right shoulder.
- Following on from the momentum of the turn, twisting
from the waist and shoulders, and leaning slightly
backwards, swing your right elbow, maintained in the same
basic position as in Step 1, round to impact against the
target.
- Pivoting on your left foot so that it points out to the
left and leaning your body over to the left, continue
swinging your rigth leg round and up to impact the heel
against the target
