Step :
  1. Raise your body by going up onto the toes of one or both feet, depending on the relative positions of the opponent/target, and twist your right shoulder, hip and fully-extended leg over to the left..Simultaneously, raise your right elbow in readiness to attack, the upper-arm close to the side of your head, your elbow bent, your right fist above your head.
  2. Putting your body-weight behind your right elbow, chop it downwards forcefully and rapidly, with the palm of your hand facing in towards your face, to impact against the target.
