Targets :the opponent's neck
Focus :The leg is swung against the traget, while the hips and trunk are simultaneously twisted in the same direction as the swing. The shin or instep is impacted against the target in a slicing or pressing aciton.
Step :
  1. Pivot to the left on the ball of your left foot, raise your right leg, bent at the knee, your lower leg extending to the side, and twist your right hip over to the left.
  2. Use the accumulated force from Step 1 to continue twisting your right hip and trunk further to the left. Swing your right leg up and out from the knee, extending your right arm for balance. Use your lower shin, or the juncture of your shin and instep, to impact against the target.
