Step :Shift your body-weight to your left leg. Bend
your body slightly forwards and insline your face a
little,keeping it bhind the line of your right shoulder. Then,
pivoting on the toes of your right foot, simultaneously twist
your right shoulder, hip and heel slightly over to the left,
while punching directly forwards with your right fist,
palm-downwards, impacting the back of your knuckles against
the target. |
